Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You can return your item(s) for Online Store Credit of the same amount (excluding shipping costs) for use on future purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

What is Online Store Credit?

Online Store Credit allows you to return your purchase and receive the same amount as credit towards future purchases.

Timeframe for Returns

Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return the Item

Once your return or exchange request is approved, you’ll need to send the item back to us. We will provide you with the necessary return details via email.

What About Shipping Costs?

Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged when you received it.
  • The wrong item was delivered to you.
  • Promotional free shipping was applied.

In all other cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

Can I Exchange My Item In-Store?

Yes, you can visit any Bouncybears store to exchange your online purchase for an item of the same value. Just bring your original receipt and settle any remaining balance during the transaction.

Does This Apply to Sale Items?

Yes, this return and exchange policy applies to all products purchased on our website, including sale items.

What About International Orders?

Currently, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges can only be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered cannot be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must remain intact.
  • Seasonal Items: Summer items can only be exchanged for other summer stock, and winter items for winter stock.
  • Inter-brand exchanges are not allowed.
